These Conditions of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hasanudin ("Cycle Chat," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Cycle Chat website ("Site"), mobile application ("App"), and all associated content, tools, features, and services made available through them (collectively, "the Services"). Please read these Terms carefully, as they affect your legal rights and obligations.
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any portion of the Services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Services, regardless of the device or platform used.
These Terms cover all access to and use of the Site and the App. References to "Cycle Chat" include the Company and its successors and assigns. The term "Services" encompasses all current and future features, functionalities, and offerings provided through the Site and App. The terms "you," "your," and "user" refer to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services.
The App distributed through the Apple App Store is rated 17+ and may only be downloaded and used by individuals aged seventeen (17) years or older, in compliance with Apple's platform standards. This age requirement applies to all functionalities, including in-app purchases and social interaction features.
You represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement for your platform. We do not assume responsibility for inaccurate age information provided by users, as we lack the means to independently verify age.
If you do not meet the applicable age requirement, you may only use the Services with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian must review these Terms with you to ensure both parties understand and agree to them.
If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, "you" includes both you and that entity. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative with the legal authority to bind the entity to these Terms, and you agree to these Terms on behalf of the entity.
All images, avatars, conversational outputs, and other AI-generated content produced through the Services are created in response to your inputs and prompts. Cycle Chat does not prescreen, monitor, review, or endorse any user-generated or AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may vary in quality, accuracy, appropriateness, and reliability.
You bear sole and complete responsibility for ensuring that any content you create, save, share, or distribute through the Services, whether user-generated or AI-generated, is lawful, non-infringing, and appropriate for its intended audience and distribution channel. You assume all risks associated with the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you generate or share.
Cycle Chat shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the creation, storage, distribution, or public sharing of content produced using the Platform. This includes, without limitation, any inappropriate, offensive, infringing, defamatory, or unlawful material generated or disseminated by you or other users.
The presence of the Cycle Chat watermark, logo, or branding on shared content does not imply that Cycle Chat created, approved, endorses, or supports such content. Such marks serve solely as product identifiers and do not constitute an endorsement of any kind.
While Cycle Chat may employ automated moderation tools, safety filters, or other screening mechanisms, these systems are not guaranteed to detect all inappropriate, harmful, or prohibited content. You must exercise caution and sound judgment before sharing any media or content generated through the Services.
By generating, sharing, or distributing content through Cycle Chat, you expressly assume all risks related to the accuracy, appropriateness, legality, and distribution of such content, and you release Cycle Chat from any claims arising therefrom.
To access and use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You may register using an Apple ID or Google account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other security breach. You must not share, lend, or transfer your account credentials to any third party.
If you circumvent age requirements by providing false information or accessing the Services without a guardian's consent, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account upon discovery and may pursue appropriate legal remedies.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and to suspend Services until appropriate action is taken, including coordination with our platform partners (such as Apple and Google).
You may use the Services only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to assume full responsibility for all actions and omissions that occur as a result of your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user we determine, in our sole discretion, to have violated these provisions. Such action may include removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities. Certain features of the Services are available for purchase through in-app transactions. All payments are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Currency conversion, foreign exchange fees, and payment processing fees are determined by your agreement with the respective payment provider and are beyond our control.
All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded regardless of change of mind or circumstances. You waive any rights to cancel completed purchases or obtain refunds to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify the prices of virtual goods and services at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect any purchases already completed.
In-app purchases are not redeemable for cash, legal tender, or currency of any jurisdiction. In-app purchases may only be used within the Services provided by Cycle Chat and may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated. If your account is suspended or terminated, you forfeit any purchased virtual items without entitlement to compensation.
When you submit content to the Services, you represent and warrant that you own all rights in and to such content or have obtained all necessary licenses and authorizations. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant Cycle Chat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, and commercialize such content in connection with operating, improving, and providing the Services.
When you create AI characters using the Services, you retain ownership of those characters as between you and Cycle Chat, subject to the license granted herein. You also own any text, images, audio, or video generated by those characters in response to your inputs. You grant Cycle Chat a comparable license to use such characters and generations for any purpose, including facilitating interactions between other users and your characters and promoting the Services.
You acknowledge that the Services may contain content and features protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, and other proprietary rights. You may not use data mining, robots, scraping, or similar automated data gathering methods. If we block your access, you may not circumvent such blocking. Any use of the Services beyond what is expressly authorized is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks displayed through the Services are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use Cycle Chat's trademarks without our prior written permission.
Cycle Chat is not responsible for third-party content, including characters created by other users and their generated outputs. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is inherently unpredictable and may be inaccurate or offensive. You must evaluate and bear all risks associated with using any content or generations available through the Services.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem objectionable in our sole discretion.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Services are non-confidential, and we may use and disseminate them for any purpose without compensation or acknowledgment.
Cycle Chat respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please notify us in accordance with the following procedure.
Your notification must be in writing and include: (a) your electronic or physical signature as the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; (b) a detailed description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you believe has been infringed; (c) the location of the allegedly infringing material on our Services; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of your good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and applicable law, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy practices. We may amend the Privacy Policy at any time by posting updates. Your continued use of the Services following such amendments constitutes your acceptance.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, functionality, or privacy practices of these external services. All interactions with third-party advertisers or services are solely between you and the respective third party. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from such dealings or from the presence of such advertisers on the Platform.
YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be safe, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. We make no warranty that: (a) the Services will meet your requirements; (b) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable; (d) the quality of any products, services, or information obtained will meet your expectations; or (e) any errors in the software will be corrected.
Any content or material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Services is at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device or computer, loss of data, or other harm resulting from such downloads.
You release Cycle Chat, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims and damages, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any claim you have against any other user or third party in connection with the Services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our warranties and liabilities will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Cycle Chat.
